If you're looking for a great venue to enjoy the views of the city, maybe you're going to propose to your partner, share a special moment, or just want to chill and soak in the sunset, well we have sent our man Jorge from the daily drop to enjoy and review 3SIXTY Newcastle.
Hadrian Tower is currently one of Newcastles tallest buildings & nestled on the newly transformed St James Boulevard the building looks like any other large office or apartment block, but, sitting on the 26th floor is the fantastic 3SIXTY champagne Lounge and Restaurant.
From the street you enter into the foyer where the assistant will show you to the exclusive lift that takes you up to the 26th floor.
When to doors open, you're greeted with a lounge and bar that would not look out of place in downtown Manhattan.
All tables have their own view of the city below and as night falls, the vista changes to one of pure enjoyment and spectacle.
The food is well prepared and arrived quickly. I opted for the the meat & cheese board with 3 small plates that included Chilli Prawns, Calamari, and also pull pork Bao Buns. A wonderful array and choice but there are more choices on the menu so be adventurous and try it all.
Drinks range from wines, spirits and even draft beers so there is plenty to choose from. So, next time you're in Newcastle and fancy pushing the boat out, why not dive in to the Hadrian building and let the lift take you to the only place in the city were you can see it all; Literally !
Look our for more reviews and suggestions with Jorge and if you want your venue visited why not get in touch and tell us all about it.
A taste from the top of the tower
